Free hot breakfast, all day gourmet coffee & tea station, minutes from Fryeburg Fair, summer camps, Maine Blues Festival and famous Ebenezer’s Brew Pub. 

The second floor in the Main house boasts four large guest rooms, two with private baths and two with a shared bath and a den (these two may also be reserved as a suite for large families or groups traveling together).

Adjacent to the Inn is the elegant historic Carriage House, built in the 1800s.   The Carriage House offers five comfortable guest rooms, three with private baths and two with a shared bath. Its front porch is a nice quiet place for reading or just enjoying the beautiful sunset behind the Presidential Range of the White Mountains. The Carriage House is seasonal and will not be available for lodging after October 19th.  It will reopen again in June.

In the Main house there is the common parlor lounge with a wood burning fireplace  and hansom red oak timber ceiling beams.  The parlor has a rustic-lake theme, with  old decoy ducks,  scenic lake paintings and a collection of vintage boat oars to complete the look. There is  an antique piano on which you are welcome to try out your skill.



The nicely appointed guestrooms feature there own unique views, decor,   comfortable seating area and a refrigerator.

A complementary hot country breakfast is prepared and waiting every morning for you.  Complimentary gourmet coffee, tea and water available throughout the day.

Free  Wi-Fi in most rooms and all common areas, plus  free local and national calls from our public phone.

**NOTE: All daily rates are based on double occupancy. The Main house is open for lodging  year-round.  Please email to inquire about groups or extended stays  in December through May.

In the Main House

Room 1 — Prince’s Room. (one flight up.)  This room features a king size bed and private bathroom with tub and shower.  It is decorated with rich burgundy accent coloring.  The original hand-hewn  red oak ceiling beams are nicely exposed for an added rustic appeal. There is a very comfortable seating area with plush armrest chairs. The room is bright and spacious with old wood flooring,  area rugs, plenty of windows and sunset mountain views.   $159.00.

Room 2 — Sunset.  (one flight up.) The Sunset room has a Queen size bed with a tall, beautiful antique wood carved head board and private bath with shower. This charming room facing south, is bright with three  large windows, excellent views of the New England’s famous White Mountains and the garden. There are two seating areas, one with an  old-fashion, freestanding potbelly cast-iron  fireplace the other with comfortable armrest chairs.  Old wide pine plank floors and  oriental area rugs lends a warm touch.  $149.00.   

Rooms 3 & 4 — The Garden Suite.  (one flight up.) This ‘2-room suite’ combine to sleeps up to five people.  The suite has a private bath with shower.  Room 3  has a queen size bed and a twin size bed.  This room can accommodate up to  three guests.  Room 4 has a queen size bed and can sleep two.  This suite is spacious with cozy furnishings, old  wide pinewood plank floors  with several oriental style rugs placed throughout to define the space and warm the feet.  Comfortable wing-back and arm rest chairs  and a separate  media room with a 60″ flat screen, 5.1 Dolby surround sound, blu ray player and Dish TV.  There’s also a electric fireplace for warmth and ambiance for the cooler day.  Views include garden, the woods and mountain with sunset. Up to 5 guests $245.00.

In the Carriage House

Room 6 — Rose’s Room.  (ground floor.)  Queen bed and private bath with tub and shower. This room has soft wine colored wall to wall carpet, elegant wall paper, plush seating area, and a lovely over-sized antique Victorian wood carved headboard. This room is fit for a queen. Nice scenic patio seating with garden, and mountain sunset views.    $149.00.

Room 7 — Quiet Garden Room.  (ground floor.)  Double bed, twin bed, private bathroom with tub and shower.  Discreetly tucked away in the back of the Carriage House, with country-chic hunter green wall treatment perfectly complementing the tomato colored carpet. Nice peaceful garden views and  seating area with comfortable cushioned chairs with arm rest.  $149.00 / three guests  $189.00.

Room 8 — Limoncello. (ground floor.) Queen bed and private bath with tub and shower.  Elegant floral wall paper,  plush carpeting and plush seating, fireplace mantle, lots of light and charm. This room is fit for a King. Nice scenic patio seating with garden, and mountain  sunset views.   $149.00.

Our Economy Rooms Below.  (one flight up)

Located on the second floor of the Carriage House are rooms 9 & 10. We named them our Cape Cod rooms because of the steep pitched roof with end gables, and the raised whimsical  dormers windows with excellent sunset view of the White Mountains.  Each well appointed room has a queen bed and comfortable seating area.

Room 9 — Cape Cod North.

Room 10 — Cape Cod South. 

**These two rooms share  one bathroom and are one flight up.

Two guests in one room $119.00.     Rooms 9 & 10  can both be rented as a suite for $195.00 to accommodate up to four guests.

The entire Inn can be reserved for special gatherings, wedding, reunions and corporate functions.
