Guest rooms are located in the Main house and adjacent Carriage House.
The nicely appointed guestrooms in our 1803 Old Farm House & adjoining Carriage House feature there own unique décor, views, comfortable seating area, smart TVs, refrigerator and all the basic amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. Free Wi-Fi in all rooms and all common areas, Smart TV in some rooms (Rooms 1, 2, 3-4 (Suite), 6, 7 & 8), plus free local and national calls from our public phone.
In the Main House
Room 1 — Prince’s Room. (one flight up.) A king size bed and en suite bathroom with tub and shower. Inspired by the stately look of an old fashioned English gentleman’s club; This handsomely appointed space has a tall, Chesterfied antiqued leather wing-back headboard for style and your comfort. The original hand-hewn red oak ceiling beams are nicely exposed for an added rustic appeal. There is a comfortable seating area with leather tufted club chairs, refrigerator, a large 4k HD Smart TV, and a laptop friendly desk work space. Room 2 — Sunset. (one flight up.) The Sunset room has a Queen size bed with a tall, romantic antique hand-carved oak head board and en suite bathroom with shower. This is the Princess room to the Prince room; a charming room with a French-country theme; it’s bright with tall windows, blush colored floor to ceiling curtains and excellent views of the Presidential Range of New Hampshire’s White Mountains, garden and brilliant sunset vistas. Plus a small refrigerator, large swiveling 4k HD Smart TV flat screen TV with adjustable swivel wall mounts facing the bed and plush over-sized armrest chair. There’s also a convenient laptop friendly desk work space. Old wide pine plank floors and area rugs lends a warm touch. BOOK TODAY
Rooms 3 & 4 — The Garden Suite. (one flight up.) This two-bedroom suite is perfect for a traveling family or friends who would like separate beds or rooms. It has two separate bedrooms with ample closet space: a queen bed and single bed and vanity sink in one bedroom and a queen bed in the other. The bedrooms share a private full bath.
This suite is spacious with nice furnishings, old wide pinewood plank floors, area rugs placed throughout to define the space and warm the feet. Comfortable arm rest chairs in both bedrooms plus a separate media room with a 60″ Smart HD TV, 5.1 Dolby surround sound, blu ray player, and more comfortable seating. There’s also an electric fireplace for warmth and ambiance for the cooler nights. Views include garden, old barn built in 1700s, the forest, woods and mountains with sunset. In the Carriage House
Room 6 — Rose Room. (ground floor.) Queen bed and private bath with tub and shower. This room is popular with those seeking the classic New England Country Inn experience. It has a lovely floor to ceiling antique Victorian wood carved headboard, plush seating, an antique secretary desk, soft wine colored wall to wall carpet, and elegant vintage floral wall paper. This room is fit for a queen. There a 43 inch HD Smart TV for entertainment. Nice scenic patio seating with garden, and mountain sunset views. BOOK TODAY
Room 7 — Quiet Garden Room. (ground floor.) Double bed, twin bed, private bathroom with tub and shower. Classic New England charm! Discreetly tucked away in the back of the Carriage House, with country-chic hunter green wall treatment perfectly complementing the tomato colored carpet. Room 8 — Limoncello. (ground floor.) Queen bed and private bath with tub and shower. Fun, colorful, eclectic and comfortable with elegant floral wallpaper, soft carpeting throughout, plush seating and plenty of natural light and charm. Room 9 & Room 10. Our Economy Rooms with a shared bathroom. (one flight up). Located on the second floor of the Carriage House are rooms 9 & 10. We named them our Cape Cod rooms because of the steep pitched roof with end gables, and the raised whimsical dormers windows with excellent sunset view of the White Mountains. Each room has a queen bed, comfortable seating area and a Smart HD TV. These rooms share one full bathroom. BOOK TODAY
